High Intensity Training, the greatest benefit for women

High Intensity training, for short periods of time, follows the greatest rule of exercise and training, never do more than you have to to get the result. In other words, do as little as possible to achieve the desired result.

The greatest benefit of Superslow High Intensity Fitness training for women, is not so obvious. For starters, high intensity training for short periods of time, does not leave you depleted and tired out. You challenge your muscles, get the benefits and can then get on with your day with enough energy and strength left over, to be powerful.

If you are busy women today with an S on your chest, the last thing you want to do is over train and ware your body down in an attempt to get fit or burn fat. Getting worn down, leads to over consumption of drinks (coffee), food and other stimulants in an attempt to pick yourself up and keep going, all of which require more of your energy to metabolize, will probably put on more fat and can cause health complications. This all leads to faster aging, greater gravity and so on.

As you girls age, “brief, intense and consistent” is the name of the game when it comes to exercise and healthy aging. Combined with a nutrient rich diet of your liking and the other essentials of successful living, you will age beautifully!
