Fit for power is the basic training plan for the Performance Lifestyle.

It is based on, but not limited to, focused high intensity workouts that are brief (5 mins or more) and consistent. Workouts from walking to weight training that can be done when the time is right for you at a frequency that works for you, allowing for enough recuperation before you are active, exercising or training again.

Let’s face it, we all want to look and feel great in a lean and healthy body. If we’re suffering from low performance, we are driven even more. Fit for Power workouts enable us to perform well and are part of our lifestyle first and foremost. They don’t drain our energy or time, or require days to recover.

When you’re fit for power, you do challenge yourself, but only within the limits of your current capabilities including your energy levels, available time and space.

Weight loss or "fat loss" happens naturally because we maintain healthy, performance lifestyles that promote balance and higher energy levels, not overwhelm, exhaustion and the overweight condition. Fat loss is not the goal it’s the benefit.
