My associate Eddie Enriquez, is great at developing workout routines, so that you don’t have to think of them, that give you a total body workout.
This workout is one that I do 3-4 maybe more times, per week. Whenever I am recovered and I have about 15 minutes.

c) it naturally stokes my metabolism (stimulates your fat burning furnace in a successful way)
d)does NOT deplete me.
It’s intense, but then it’s easy to get on with your life.
